Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the Alfa Coaches team based at Burtonwood Motorway Services, M62 Warrington.
Customer Liaison Officer working hours & rate:
As a Customer Liaison officer you will work on a permanent basis, including Weekends & Split Shifts. With an hourly rate of £11.00 – 120 shifts per year, 3 hours (£33.00) per shift.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday with a mix of both AM and PM shifts - High season estimated hours
- Monday, Friday with a mix of both AM and PM shifts - Off season estimated hours
Being a Customer Liaison Officer:
As a Customer Liaison Officer your main focus is to be the first point of contact for our Alfa Travel coach passengers at our interchange operation at Burtonwood services. This includes making announcements over the tannoy system and updating the information screen whilst marshalling customers so they are kept safe and clear of the interchange area to allow the baggage handlers and coach drivers to work efficiently. You will assist with the smooth operation of our interchange and deliver a great service to our customers.

Essential:

- Problem solving abilities
- Physically able to transfer luggage onto coaches
Desirable
- Experience in the Coach travel industry
- Previous experience in a customer focussed role
