WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for 2 resilient and bubbly "Customer Happiness Associates" to support clients' inquiries with high standards!!!

  • This is a Hybrid Role ( Nottingham Office & Remote ) ❤️
  • Full-time position

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

  • Handle all inbound customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions via phone, email, and live chat with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date contact records with all relevant data and details including customer, contact reason, product details, and resolution
  • Accurately categorize and disposition customer feedback to ensure data integrity is maintained
  • Fulfill customer expectations in a manner that complies with DECIEM policies, practices, and procedures
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as e-Commerce, Retail, Brands, Regulatory and Quality Control to resolve customers' needs
  • Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined
  • Collaborate with team members in sharing experiences, best practices, and outcomes to enhance overall team knowledge
  • Educate customers about the world of Beauty and Skin Care, DECIEM brands, and products
  • Remain up to date with product knowledge, company information, launches, and campaigns
  • Provide great customer journey

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Preferred 1 to 2 years relevant experience in a Contact Centre environment or similar role
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work & ability to effectively manage multiple interactions and adapt to change within a fast-paced work environment
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in various software and web-based applications (Outlook, Google Suite, Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
