Created to share our knowledge and passion with people who are just like us; crazy about their dogs and cats. We are almost entirely direct-to-customer and all orders are made through our website. If you are someone capable of providing outstanding customer support to our growing customer base of pet parents nationwide, then this could be the role for you.
This is an office/computer-based role so confidence with technology is imperative!
Working hours:
- 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain customer relationships with exemplary customer service
- Answer telephone calls, reply and deal with email enquiries and website chats
- Assist customers with managing their pet food On Repeat orders
- Provide new and existing customers with pricing, order information, general enquiries, raw feeding help and requests for information, etc.
- Communicate with the distribution team on order and delivery adjustments
- Progress orders through to safe & successful delivery
- Handle issues/complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within given time limits, and follow up with customers to ensure resolution
- Proactively reach out to customers via telephone and/or email to provide an order status, confirm recurring/order changes, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to help develop/update and build smarter help desk solutions
- Optimise customer service tools

We are looking for a Customer Experience Trainee with a willingness to learn new systems such as; Shopify and handling E-Commerce requests with the following requirements listed below:
- A passion for pets!
- Computer literate is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and can prioritise tasks in order of urgency
- Enjoys working with a small team in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with technology wants to learn more and multi-tasks with ease
- Fast and accurate typing, spelling, grammar and appropriate word choice

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
