Job description

Badminton England is currently searching for a Full-time Customer Experience Team Member 35.58 hours per week, 5-day week) to join our team at the National Badminton Centre. We could potentially offer a range of shifts to suit your situation and consider preferred working hours.

As the first point of contact for all our members and guests, providing a warm welcome will be at the heart of what you do. You'll be passionate about front-of-house service and ensuring you maintain a clean and hygienic working environment.

Want some variety? Although your predominant place of work will be reception no day is the same at the National Badminton Centre. You could be checking members and guests in and out on reception, serving behind the bar (so you will need to be 18 or over) assisting in our restaurant, helping housekeeping, setting up our meeting rooms amongst other tasks.
