- Deal with service related queries through various social media platforms including WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
- Help our high street stores with any problems or queries.
Training for the position requires working shifts in the office therefore candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office. Evening and weekend availability is a must.
