About the job:
ANNA Money is a current account and admin assistant for small businesses and freelancers. Our app is more than just a way for customers to manage their money - it lets them create invoices, scan their receipts, balance their books and even file their VAT.
Part of what makes ANNA so special is our 24/7 support, which helps our customers as they grow their business.
What we need from you:
- A drive to help - ultimately, that’s what we’re here to do. To help our customers, whether it’s through our in-app chat, emails, calls or social media.
- A good head for words and numbers - you’ll need to be able to write clearly and warmly. You’ll be dealing with questions about payments, invoices and banking, so you’ll also need to be good with numbers and have an eye for details.
- Problem-solving skills - you’ll need to be able to empathise with our customers, listen to their issues and solve their problems wherever you can. You’ll also sometimes need a thick skin to deal with complaints.
- An open mind - don’t be afraid to ask for help, and never stop learning: new features are being rolled out all the time, and you’ll need to get up to speed quickly.
- Flexibility - our service is 24/7. Shifts are flexible, and they'll change week-to-week. Most shifts are between 7am and 10pm. Plus you'll typically work one weekend a month.
