We’re looking for a Customer Experience Researcher to join our growing Customer Involvement team, putting customers at the heart of decision making at United Welsh.
This role will involve ensuring the services we deliver benefit the changing needs of our customers and our communities, and effectively utilising the skills and experience of our customers through Asset Based Community Development.
You’ll ensure customers can effectively influence and shape the delivery of services that directly impact them through embedding involvement in our service delivery across the organisation through a user-centered design approach.
The Customer Experience Researcher will also support service teams to build a deeper understanding of their users to design and deliver services that customers need.
