Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual who will join our Customer Experience Team who are responsible for the admissions process from website to enrolment. Your main responsibility will be to monitor, manage and update all internal admissions portals including UCAS, ensuring a quality service to potential students and to help deliver increased enrolments.
Working closely with the Curriculum teams across college, you will support the customer journey from ensuring the website is up to date, responding to course enquiries, support with the organisation of open days and tracking student applications from initial enquiry to enrolment.
An enthusiastic and personable individual, you must be passionate about ensuring that all of our customers have a quality experience along their application journey.
