Overview.
We are looking to grow our highly successful business based from our head office in Sunderland and are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in the b2b Energy sector. This role is a critical part of the business, as you are responsible for managing both the administrators and customer experience team
This role requires a person who is extremely customer focused. Experience in a similar role is essential.
The Role.
- Managing a portfolio of customers: assisting with queries, complaints and driving customer service excellence
- Ensuring SLA deadlines are met
- Speaking with customers via email and phone to ensure their service agreement is met
- Dealing with customer queries in line with the business values
- Working with members of the senior management team

- Can manage your own workload/Diary
- Self-motivated and have a passion for success
- Ability to work under pressure when needed
- Excellent communication skills – professional and articulate
- Ambitious character, driven and passionate
- Computer literate: Word, Excel, outlook etc
- An ability to work in fast-paced, self-directed, professional environment

Package.
- £24,000
- We promote a work life balance Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am – 3pm
