We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals with an excellent telephone manner to join our friendly and hardworking Travel team to provide travel insurance cover for the Lloyds Banking Group.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be providing outstanding customer experiences by responding to enquiries for information, providing policy information and on occasion assist customers with upgrading their cover. You’ll also be required to complete administrative tasks and to provide the best possible service you will also share any high profile cases with your manager.

You will receive excellent training for this role as we are dedicated to ‘Achieving Excellence Through Learning.’ Your team will be a blend of office-based and remote workers, so communication will be important!

Start Date: 20 February 2023 – Full attendance during the four weeks training will be required.

About the person:

  • You must have proven experience of providing a quality customer service within a pressurised environment
  • You will have a genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service
  • You must be able to effectively manage multiple cases
  • You will have a high attention to detail and quality focus
  • You will have a proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under strict timescales/under pressure
  • You must have an excellent telephone manner
  • You will be PC Literate
  • You will have good geographical knowledge
  • Ideally you will have a good understanding of the Travel Industry or Travel Insurance

Qualifications:

  • Good standard of general education. English Language GCSE or equivalent

Hours: Based on 35 hours per week. Shifts covering 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm Sunday.

Salary: £22,920 plus up to £1,500 annual performance bonus paid quarterly.
