Established in 1968, a family owned, British Manufacturing Company based in Dudley, West Midlands; Midtherm Flue Systems prides itself on the quality of its UK manufactured goods. We have an new opportunity for an experienced, self-motivated Customer Experience Co-Ordinator
A dynamic role, based on our Trade Counter, with responsibility for handling customer complaints from receipt to resolution; serving customers at our Trade Counter and processing Returns of Goods. Pro-actively delivering an effective customer relations service in a fast moving, manufacturing environment, seeking to minimise customer complaints and support on-going business improvements.
Ideally, apart from your customer service experience, you will also have worked in a manufacturing environment.
