We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of £25,472 this is made up of a base salary of £23,338 along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1,634 discretionary performance related bonus .

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
  • Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
  • Answering customer calls into our contact centre
  • Building relationships and finding solutions

What you’ll bring.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs
  • You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

What else you need to know.

In a full-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am – 6:00pm.

The role is based in our Staines branch.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via MS Teams.
