About the role:
We are looking for new colleagues to join our amazing and friendly Contact Team!
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, putting their needs at the heart of every decision we make and helping to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home.
You will be the point of contact for these customers, providing first-time right solutions and resolving their queries alongside some admin related tasks. On occasion, you may be called upon to coordinate maintenance works in our homes, so our Home Repairs Team can continue to provide high quality repairs.

We will be reviewing applications and interviewing candidates as they are received, therefore we would recommend submitting an application as soon as possible as the vacancy may close early.
About you:
Our Contact Team are charismatic, team players with excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Whilst always demonstrating an empathetic customer lead approach in our working style.
You will have experience of dealing with members of the public, although this does not have to be in a contact centre environment. Also be able to maintain a high level of customer service, whilst working well under pressure.
You will be a proactive person with an ability to use your own initiative when facing situation that need quick action problem solving, with a sense of pride and ownership over your day to day tasks.
IT literacy skills are needed for this role as you will be working with a range of in-house databases.
