Salary: £22,816 - £24,336 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications. Enhancements of 30% will be paid for any Saturday working shifts and 60% will be paid for any Sunday working shifts.
Closing Date: 1st June 2023
Full Time Position 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day working rota
Interview date: 16th June 2023 after 1pm

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages

We are looking to recruit a friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic person to join a motivated administration team that delivers outstanding customer service to a variety of self-pay, private medically insured, and NHS patients.
The role is based at our Ashford site and will be expected to include easy and quick access to our hospitals at Canterbury and Margate on a small number of occasions as needed and directed.
The Customer Engagement department supports several Consultants in different speciality fields across all three of our hospitals to provide an easy and seamless reception, meet and greet service for our patients. The role will include taking payments and issuing financial data, booking appointments and collecting accurate patient data.
