What to Expect
Tesla is looking for a Customer Engagement Lead to create, plan and manage sales support projects including lead generation, digital project development and retail campaigns in the UK and Ireland. The position is based in London and sits within our Sales Performance Team. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales enablement expert with strong strategic and management skills.

What You’ll Do
  • Effectively deliver results of sales development objectives within the agreed budgets.
  • Work as the liaison between the field sales team, communications, and retail development team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of all sales programs
  • Identify new opportunities to make the brand and its products more visible.
  • Manage the implementation of a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of all regional marketing events including test drive events, lead generation events, and external corporate events (e.g. auto shows and product launches).
  • Work with communications team on consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials to support our sales generation activities (e.g. collateral).
  • Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns as well as manage outside agencies and vendors on a needed basis.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
  • Related experience with a proven track record developing and driving marketing campaign initiatives for a lifestyle product.
  • Profound understanding of the EV-market with a preferred mixed industries background, good combination of Internet and Auto industry; Deep understanding of the UK and IE market.
  • Exceptional strategic thinker and analytical skills; ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently.
  • Strong leadership skills, Team player and builder – leads by example.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes.
