Function: Off-Trade
Location: Remote based with regular meetings in London
Salary: £33,000 - £41,000 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.
Contract: 18 Month Secondment

The Role
The Off Trade channel relies heavily on our colleagues building fantastic relationships with our customers and holding expert knowledge on categories.
Building strong relationships with our key strategic customers relies on a team approach to providing a range of customer specific data and insights, strong awareness of pricing and stock issues and negotiation at a range of levels.
Reporting into the Customer Controller, the Customer Development Manager will work in the sales team within one of Heineken UK’s biggest Off-Trade retailers. This will give you commercial responsibility for 2 exciting categories, Ale and No & Low. You’ll work closely with the external retail buyer and internal sales colleagues and ensure excellent execution of planned feature space, promotions, and brand activations.
So, what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.
- Give excellent range & merchandising advice.
- Provide sales evaluation and reporting
- Work closely with our Shopper Marketing team to deliver brand led activities.
- Act as an ambassador for HUK in all areas of category and customer contact
This role is a huge opportunity to get involved with one of HEINEKEN’s biggest customers whilst looking after a growing category!
The Candidate
We are looking for someone data savvy who enjoys manipulating data to create actionable insights. Ideally, you’ll have experience of the On-Trade or Off-Trade and the commercial knowledge that comes along with is.
If you have;
- A solid understanding of consumer insight and strategy
- Commercial or Marketing experience
- Strong networking skills
- The ability to tell a story using data and take customers on a journey
