Customer Delivery Manager
Be central to the relationship with Philips key customers, making sure their hospital equipment is always operational and available.
Your role:
As Customer Delivery Manager for Philips Managed Equipment Service, you will manage and support the delivery to one of our key NHS contracts, using your stakeholder management skills to elevate Philips profile, expand our stakeholder network and develop our managed service solution.
You will be key to driving operational success, working with the wider Philips team and Procurement, Hospital Directorate and Clinicians to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), making sure changes to the service are reflected in the contract and the customer is satisfied.
You will part of the Services & Solutions team, which is part of Solutions Centre of Excellence and collaborate with managed Services Business Development team.
This role offers the opportunity to work from home whilst providing onsite and remote support to our Nottingham contract (up to 60% travel). Therefore, it would best suit applicants currently living in the Nottingham area, or with plans to relocate.

You’re the right fit if:
You have previous customer facing operational experience with either a clinical background or an understanding of the healthcare sector.
You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily.
Organisational skills are one of your strengths so that you can bring different teams together to achieve a common goal.
You hold a full UK Driving License.
Due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role
