Customer Coordinator - Remote Position
NewsTeam Group are currently looking to recruit a number of Full Time Customer Coordinators to join our ever expanding team.
We are the UK’s fastest growing newspaper and magazine delivery company.
We provide newspaper and magazine delivery services to over 85,000 households and businesses daily across the UK. The success of our business depends on providing a reliable delivery service, with simple and efficient ways for our customers to contact us.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Coordinator, you will need to be passionate about the service we are providing and bring a positive energy and attitude to the team. You will be working alongside our Call Centre and Delivery team. Contacting our drivers when a mistake has been made and ensuring a resolution is in place for the customer.
- Ability to deal with strong personalities
- Manage all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Work with accuracy and have a great eye for detail.
- Have the ability and experience to make your decisions.
Experience in a Customer service role is desirable however, full training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,300.00-£22,200.00 per year
37.5 hours a week, excluding breaks.
28 days holiday allowance, including bank holidays.
Opening hours – (Shifts times vary)
Monday - Friday – 08:00-19:00
Saturday & Sunday – 08:00-14:00
