Wise May are looking for a Customer Communications Consultant to join a rapidly growing Energy consultancy business in the City.
The role is to join a busy, hardworking and very supportive team. As the Customer Communications Consultant you will be responsible for comminications accross the Energy side of the business and the company's clients.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Drafting and editing targeted external communications
- Guiding customers through key processes and progressing applications
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improving the processes used by the team
- Ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our client
- Ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to understand and communicate technical subjects and convey points concisely using plain English
- Strong relationship management skills
- Able to proactively identify requirements, problem solve and manage expectations;
- The ability to use your initiative, anticipate and address problems at an early stage and make decisions under pressure;
- Be able to manage time and a varied workload, and be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities;
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
