Job description
To support our team in London (UK) we are looking for a
Customer Care (m/f/d) - International road freight forwarding
Main responsibilites:
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help to deliver the right resolution
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers
- Develop future business with existing and new customers
- Data entry, data analysis and managing customer KPI's
Skills and requirements:
- A minimum of 2 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
- Structured and autonomous way of working
- Flexibility and Teamplayer
- Determination and stress resistance
- Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
- Very good knowledge of the English language, other foreign language skills are a plus
