We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is willing to learn the skill of Public Speaking & Sales, will be able to troubleshoot with customers and work closely with our team via telephone, email and messaging platforms. We are seeking a personable individual who has a passion for customer service and is driven to improve their personal and professional skills.
You will be required to work from home for most of the time, with 2-3 days per month spent at events in London in the Heathrow area.
As a requirement, you will need to attend our Public Speaker Training event to pass through the journey our customers go on.
Responsibilities:
- Work within our CRM to deliver services to clients.
- Onboard new clients via Zoom calls.
- Use Spreadsheets to track and monitor client progress and retention.
- Work with other team members to plan dates/times for delivery of services.
- Speak regularly with clients about quality of services.
- Speak regularly with clients to sell further services.
- Assist in planning our annual awards ceremony/party for members.
As this is a hybrid working environment heavily favoured towards working from home, applicants must be driven and dedicated to their work. There will be a comprehensive training period for using our internal systems as well as learning and understanding the training we share with our clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £20,000.00-£27,500.00 per year

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
