- Working Pattern: Evenings/Part Time/Weekends
- Hours: 30 hours per week. Hours are Inclusive of all weekend, out of hours, evening and Bank Holiday working to suit the needs of the business.

Knowsley Leisure & Culture Park are looking to recruit 2 Customer Care Advisors to join their busy team to provide excellent customer care and advice to all existing and prospective members.
Provide information and guidance to prospective members regarding Centre facilities, programmes, membership terms and payment options.
Maintain a complete up to date knowledge of new products, centre activities and facilities, providing detailed knowledge to users and prospective customers.
Have experience of using computerised booking systems to record member and user details, process admissions and bookings and have experience of till operations and cash handling.
