Job description
We are looking for experienced Customer Care Advisors to join our contact centre to represent a luxury cosmetic brand from Monday 13th March on a permanent contract.

What will I do in the role?
- First point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Brand ambassador for your client, upholding the values/expectations of this luxury brand.
- Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and e-mail
- Making sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation and leave with a positive impression of you, our client and of Ventrica
What do I need?
- Experience of working in customer service is essential, ideally within a contact centre or retail environment
- A passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable
- A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
- Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- Ability to work well within a team
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
What will I be paid?
We offer competitive pay rates, for this role the starting salary is £20,592 per annum.

What are the working hours?
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Shifts are on a rota basis between the core hours 8:00am-11:00pm (some weekends are included so you must be flexible)

Where will I be based?
This is a remote based role. Please note you must be based in the UK.
Homeworking Criteria:
- Strong broadband internet connection
- Own Laptop of PC
- Available USB port for a USB headset (headset will be supplied)
