Job Description

Are you a good all rounder with previous customer service experience? Would you like to work for a small and friendly team in Oxford? Work Monday to Friday 9-5 with half an hour for lunch as a Customer Care Advisor.

As Customer Care Advisor you will:

  • Take orders from customers
  • Coordinate orders internally and externally
  • Deal with emails and general administration

The Customer Care Advisor will have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
  • A good work ethic, friendly and empathetic
  • Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
