Job description
Are you a good all rounder with previous customer service experience? Would you like to work for a small and friendly team in Oxford? Work Monday to Friday 9-5 with half an hour for lunch as a Customer Care Advisor.
As Customer Care Advisor you will:
- Take orders from customers
- Coordinate orders internally and externally
- Deal with emails and general administration
The Customer Care Advisor will have:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- A good work ethic, friendly and empathetic
- Good basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
