About the role
  • This is a full-time role (35 hours per week) however flexibility in this will be considered

What you'll do

As a Customer Care Advisor you’ll be responding to customers queries, complaints and suggestions via telephone, email, Social Media and letter.

We deal with a wide range of customer feedback and use it to continually improve our customer experience.

We’re also the first point of contact for customers that use our Greggs app, helping to support them through any issues in the first instance before passing through to our App Developers for further investigation.

About you

  • Multi-tasking and working with multiple priorities at pace, delivering results within tight timescales

  • IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills

  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and using own initiative

  • Enjoy being part of a hard-working team, sharing the same end goal, and celebrating results together

  • Are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Customer Care Team at Greggs. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and passionate about delivering the Best Customer Service.

  • Previous experience of complaints resolution is desirable, although not essential
  • Great attention to detail whilst working at pace and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written skills (with good spelling, punctuation and grammar)
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Computer literate – with good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Capable of delivering a creative solution to problem solving
