Furniture Village are currently looking for a talented and committed Customer Care Advisor, to join our Customer Care Team, based next to Junction 13 on the M1. This is a full time, permanent role, and not only offer’s a market leading salary of £27,000, but the potential of a Group performance bonus of 20%.

What you will be doing as our Customer Care Advisor…
- Firstly, and most importantly demonstrate to our customers that you care, and you are here to help them.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and Live chat, providing solutions and putting the customer in the right place.
- Using the training and support provided to give high quality responses on Social Media and review platforms.
- Working some weekend days on a rota basis to cover our seven-day operation.
What we are looking for in our Customer Care Advisor…
You will be engaging and reassuring for our customers, being able to provide effective and professional communication through all channels.
Working in the same environment isn’t essential but being able to operate in a fast paced environment and having a great attitude and hunger to learn is a must.
