Customer Care Administrator Redcar, England
Job description
We are a window manufacturer working within the house building industry looking for a dynamic person to work on their own initiative. Duties will include entering jobs quickly and accurately on our computer system and book appointments for our engineers to attend occupied properties to carry out repairs and maintenance work. You will also be expected to deal with customers on the phone and work in a very fast paced environment.
Must have previous office office based customer care experience and a knowledge of the North East area would be advantageous.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm with half an hour for lunch and Friday 8.00am to 12.30pm.
