Oakhouse Foods Swansea would like to welcome to the telephone team an enthusiastic, confident part time call handler. Your main role will be to receive and make calls to our growing customer base.
We are a family run franchise based in Llansamlet, Swansea providing a frozen food and grocery delivery service. We are dedicated to providing a local, friendly and reliable service to the elderly and vulnerable.
Main Daily Responsibilities include;
- Completing all daily activities (calls) in your allocated work list in a timely manner. (full training will be given on the systems used)
- Logging all activities and orders accurately, amending orders when needed.
- Contacting new, enquiring customers in a timely manner to build genuine, friendly relationships with potentially new customers.
- Working well with the warehouse team and managers to support the business.

- Strong background in customer based service roles
- Caring and professional manner
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with customers
- Strong experience or background in telephone and call handler roles
- Dynamic attitude - using the SAPS system to monitor sales made and calls made to grow the customer base and make the most of the customers we do have.
A permanent job role working part time Monday, Tuesday & Friday (no weekend work)
Hours - 12am - 3/5pm.
We are looking for the right person to join our team as we grow our already established business across the South Wales area.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
