Your Purpose
We’re now looking to recruit a Customer Business Manager to join our brilliant NI Sales Team
The Customer Business Manager (CBM) develops sustained business relationships and drives profitable sales volume for MCBC in-line with the customer, channel and MCBC brand & beverage strategies.
The role is also a key support to the Business Unit Controller in all areas of Managed Retail, Independent Retail and Wholesale RTM. The candidate is expected to deputise and support the Channel Director
This role may require periodic travel to GB and within the Island of Ireland (IOI) where required
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and live the people agenda across the NI, IOI & GB Regional Business Units to create quality employee experiences; build capability and engagement aligned with our ways of working and promote an inclusive culture through living our values every day.
- Strive to be first choice for our customers and consumers to build and deliver end-to-end customer plans grounded in market insights and embedded into the IBP cycle, which enhance the relationships across our Off Trade customer base thereby improving the Molson Coors brand position and adding real value to our customer experience offer at each touchpoint
- Focus on building a business which makes us proud by taking responsibility for proactively managing, monitoring, evaluating and updating the overall business plan to meet all volume, profit and market share objective
- Passionately present our brands to our customers and consumers through compelling customer conversations utilising all relevant members of our team to ensure we are positively improving our business
- Display a curiosity and an ambition towards unlocking new commercial opportunities within the customer / channel
About You:
- Excellent Trade / Customer Relationship track-record & working knowledge of FMCG environment
- Proven track record for delivering against targets
- An excellent understanding of Off Trade, On Trade & Wholesale market structures (Preferred)
- Experience in managing customer/outlet profitability
