Our client is a 7 billion USD revenue, 30K+ employee organisation that is one of the worlds leading software and services companies. They are a major supplier to global Telecommunications Service Providers such as AT&T, Vodafone, Telstra, and Telefonica.
This role will be responsible for growing the revenues of Network Services such as RAN/ORAN, Planning, 5G network rollout, slicing plus others and will be supported by a global team (both directly and in a matrix).

- Tasked with building trust and establishing long-term customer relationships with my client focusing on developing and being a phenomenal partner with the customer's decision-makers while representing the voice of the customer within my client.
- You will identify and address challenges and needs by effectively demonstrating my clients offerings and business value to grow new opportunities; promote new leads and opportunities towards signed deals, and lead account expansion and long-term business strategy.
- Accountable for owning the P&L with a focus on profitability
- You will collaborate with Service Partners for all service-related tasks, ensuring the quality of project deliveries.
- Responsible for broad people management and development of the account teams.
All you need is...
- Substantial validated telecommunications experience, leading large customer accounts in the RAN/CORE Network services space.
- Previous experience developing and driving business within T1 telcos is highly preferred.
- Customer Management: Eye for business, understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and building executive relationships.
- Growth Management: Sales Leadership
- Leadership: Recognized inclusive leader, with the ability to operate under pressure and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy
