We have an exciting new opening for a Customer Assistant here in our Manchester team!
At Pentagon HQ, our client services are in high demand and our promotions team across events and pop up sites must grow!
Our Customer Service and sales team are at the heart of every campaign and at the heart of every bit of success we have as a company.
As part of our customer service and sales team, you'll have instant exposure to working with our top clients and campaigns, improving their brand awareness and assisting in lead generation. We specialise in expanding their market reach by promoting their company and products directly towards their target audience via promotions, events and pop up site marketing campaigns.

All of our team undergo training in quality brand representation taught by our experienced team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong student mentality, ambition and great working habits.
Your Responsibilities at Pentagon HQ:
- Represent our clients at live pop up events, tradeshows and event sites.
- Market on behalf of our clients.
- Assist in positive brand awareness for our clients.
- Improving new customer acquisitions for our clients.
- Liaise with customers in a professional manner.
- Improving customer retention for our clients.
- Providing superior customer relations.

Other Benefits:
- Uncapped commission based pay.
- Salary is based on OTE.

Salary: £21,321.00-£23,399.00 per year
