Are you a people person? Do you enjoy helping others?
As a Customer Agent, you will be the first point of contact for residents, dealing with a wide range of enquiries on the phone and online including requests for council services, making appointments, giving advice on a range of applications and helping people to fill in forms online.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated, that can adapt well to any given situation whilst maintaining the delivery of high-quality customer care.
This varied role means that two days are never the same and we are looking for polite and helpful people to join our team. We adopt a flexible approach to working which involves an element of home working but also a requirement to attend office locations, as requested, to carry out the role and other duties. Previous experience is not essential as we can provide the necessary training.
