Using your on-point product knowledge and expertise help our customers choose the right products for their needs. All done in a way that delights them and gives you a great sense of pride. We are nothing without our customers so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority.
Main responsibilities
- Helping customers chose products and offer the best advice to them
- Be a student of your craft - get to know our in-store promotions and schemes, and promote them - the more info we can give our customers the better.
- Know our customers, find more about them, what they like and what they don’t – it can make such a difference to the way we do things.
- Be approachable and open a conversation with the customer to check whether they need any assistance or would benefit from guidance, always putting the customer first to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences
- Assisting with internal administrative functions of the Customer Service Team

Salary: £20,223.00-£21,938.00 per year
