The Role:

This individual will be an integral member of the CX team, reporting to the Global Head of CX. We have 1,500 HNW/UHNW customers in over 80 countries serviced from our offices in London (HQ), Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Toronto and Dubai. The theme is one of ‘customer first’ in the areas of wine as a passion asset.

The CX Department was created to optimise the customer journey; the department is relatively new, only being setup in early 2021, so it is great time to join and make your mark in this exciting growing team.

Responsibilities & Experience:

  • Assist with customer journey mapping and voice of the customer programme
  • Analyse different customer feedback sources to present comprehensive views of CX
  • Collect and compile structured and unstructured data and verify for quality and accuracy
  • Help prepare presentations and reports that translate analytic insights into tangible, actionable solutions for CX to implement
  • Actively participate in researching new ways to improve the customer experience, such as proper survey design and methodology across multiple channels.
  • Provide support on any ad hoc CX initiatives such as customer welcome gifts, referrals, events etc.

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
