Here at 2020 Innovation we are looking for a great new addition to our Customer Account team to help support our members as we continue to grow. We are based near Birmingham International Railway Station.

About the Role
At 2020 Innovation, we pride ourselves on making sure we understand our customers and their businesses well. The Customer Account Manager role is key to this and allows us to maintain existing member relations as well as onboard new members and introduce additional services to the members.
Your duties will include:
- The welcome and induction of new members in order that they understand and value the scope of the 2020 proposition.
- Developing and maintaining an open and ongoing dialogue with existing members, to increase member advocacy and ensure members continue to value and use our range of tools and services.
- Being the point of contact for members to discuss general queries regarding the current and future 2020 proposition.
- The training and educating of new and existing members on our proposition and how to maximise the value of their membership.
- Having regular contact with members to create goodwill and a positive image for 2020.
- Promote additional 2020 services to grow the average income generated by a member firm.
- Make outbound phone-based contact to potential new customers to raise awareness of our offering.
- Source additional opportunities to sell.
- Follow entire selling process to include questioning, negotiating and closing.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer account role is essential.
- Exceptional communication and rapport building skills with a track record of developing trusted and valued trading relationships.
- An ability to leverage from strong personal relationships to subtly promote and sell the company’s offering to maximise usage of 2020 tools and services.
- Being self-motivated, dynamic with a positive mental attitude.
- Being goal oriented, focussed, and resilient.
- Having outstanding personal organisation skills with a track record of being a consistently strong completer and finisher.
- Having the ability to collaborate with team members.
- Being a structured thinker with the ability to develop and effectively deliver campaigns and contact strategies.
- The skills and knowledge to develop and use our CRM system as part of their member engagement delivery plans.
- Experience of Microsoft Office.
- Have natural ability to make good judgments and to behave in a practical and sensible way.
Desirable:
- A prior knowledge and understanding of the accountancy profession.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
