Customer Account Manager
Salary package: Up to £40,000pa based on experience, plus generous bonus
Location: Remote / Field-based

We’re looking to accelerate our growth plans and looking for an experienced account manager to take forward our vision and plans, you will be instrumental in driving the business forward through relationship management and excellent product and sector knowledge.

Our strategy is to be a catalyst and change partner for the UK housing sector providing access to insights that cannot be uncovered alone. We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to play a fundamental role in helping us deliver our corporate strategy.
In this exciting role you will:
- Identify and target new opportunities in line with business market strategy and be fully accountability for achieving your sales targets. Achieving this by developing and nurturing relationships within our existing customer base, along with new customer prospects.
- Build customer loyalty and engagement across the organisations in the use of Housemark data, consultancy, and products, working closing with internal departments to ensure retention figures and extension targets are met.
- Develop, forecast and deliver a sales pipeline using our CRM to keep accurate and detailed notes and records of communications and results achieved.
- Be required to visit customers across your territory and attend if required Housemark external events as appropriate
You are:
- An experienced Account Manager with a professional, collaborative approach to building customer relationships to grow the sales pipeline.
- Proven track record of selling product solutions directly to senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communicator and able to build and maintain long term relationships.
- Experience of delivering presentations to prospective customers to demonstrate features, benefits and value of our products and services.
- Be self-motivated individual with a proven ability to implement effective sales strategies in an evolving marketplace. I
- Ideally you will have experience working in the Social Housing Sector
