  • JOB TITLE: Culture & Engagement Partner
  • SALARY: £71,825 - £84,500
  • LOCATION(S): Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds or Manchester
  • HOURS: Full Time
  • WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

What are we looking for!
We're looking for people with the following qualities...
  • Understand and apply culture data (survey etc) to drive the right actions aligned to strategic business priorities
  • Work with HRD/GEC lead to build and implement a business area culture plan
  • Mentor and challenge business leaders to enable them to embed our purpose and values
  • Provide thought leadership on culture and leadership programmes and support deployment of
  • Drive the catalysts movement to deliver a strong return on investment
  • Share ideas, findings, and best practice across business areas, making LBG a phenomenal place to work
  • Bring external market insight and best / next practice to improve activity
  • Provide Culture Consultancy and deliver effective solutions that support our cultural transformation
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with HRD teams and other functions
Key Accountabilities
  • Work with business leaders, people partners, and people teams to understand and apply culture data (survey etc) to drive the right actions aligned to strategic business priorities
  • Work with business/people teams to further our purpose driven and values led culture, enabling our organisational shifts
  • Analysis of listening data, external social listening data and other culture data, crafting understanding of the themes within each business unit and supporting action to drive transformation
  • Involvement in external research/ insight – providing thought leadership
  • Working with HRD/GEC lead to create, develop and deliver annual culture plans for each business area, underpinning the group plan
  • Collaborating with other CoE and people partners to coordinate work taking place to achieve cultural change
  • Embedding Group values within the business units
  • Hands on driving the catalyst movement within the business unit, ensuring 10% training achieved, attend the training, all are working on value add activities and with a return on investment proven
  • Engaging and equipping senior leaders to support the catalyst activity
  • Driving priority activity identified on business unit people and culture plans
  • Evaluation of cultural transformation and impact of the activities within the business unit
  • Best practice sharing across the culture and P&P community
  • Provide Culture & Leadership Consultancy and be a critical friend
  • Face and voice of culture and leadership activity into the business unit understanding the business need
  • Own the delivery of recognition campaigns and activity for BCB & CIB, and act as owner for divisional Valued recognition budgets.
