Delaware North UK is hiring a Culinary Talent Partner to be based at our head office in Uxbridge. As Culinary Talent Partner, you will manage all culinary hiring and development needs across all divisions of the business.

Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Culinary Director and operational leaders to understand required roles within the business, work a ‘live’ workforce management plan, and agree how candidates will be selected.
- Collaborate with the Talent Innovation Centre to ensure all branding, marketing, and collateral used in the recruitment process is aligned with the company’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Adhere to protocols, guidelines, and regulations for Right to Work, data protection, and data retention.
- Ensure successful candidates have a seamless transition to onboarding.
- Determine what reporting metrics are required to measure success.
- Stay up to date on market trends and opportunities for the company to continually reinvent and evolve its bulk hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level, or similar culinary qualification is required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience is preferred.
- Culinary experience working directly in a culinary role or within a full life-cycle recruiting role. Experience working in sports, major events, hotels, or restaurants is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in and recruit on a national, multi-location level. Experience in social and digital recruiting is preferred.
- Understanding of employment legislation in context of talent acquisition is preferred.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
