A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen as part of a rapidly developing convenience food-to-go manufacturer due to the fast organic growth of the business.
The company is a private family-owned food-to-go manufacturer in London supplying retail clients and foodservice operators with a range of chilled ready to eat products.
As part of a busy Commercial Team we are looking to expand our growing department to support the business with an exceptional Customer Service representative. The role will involve all aspects of providing high level customer service to our existing customers as well as new accounts and future business. This includes dealing with general enquiries and complaints and also communication with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the business operations in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and on the job training will be provided.
The Person
You will be a positive individual with your glass always half full ! You will be passionate about working for a healthy and sustainable business who is looking to make a difference in the food industry. Because of the nature of the role, you must have excellent communication and collaborative skills, a can do attitude and above all an ability to think on your feet. The role is pretty busy so you will need to be able to multi task whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. You will be highly organised and have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. The role is highly rewarding -you will have complete ownership of your customer accounts and will be able to directly see the impact of your hard work, giving you lots of job satisfaction!
Ideally we prefer a candidate that has previous customer service experience but if you have the right skills set and are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.
