Bolsover Cruise Club is the UK’s favourite cruise agent - we’re experts in creating unique holiday experiences for guests and we are on the lookout for new sales team members to help our customers book their dream cruise holidays.
Based at our purpose-built headquarters just outside Chesterfield, we will provide all the training and support you need to transform you into a first-class cruise expert.
You’ll be joining our friendly and passionate Sales Team and be responsible for a range of activity, including but not limited to:
- Dealing with incoming sales leads and providing customers with quotes
- Booking cruises, leading customers to the best option for their holiday
- Upselling and booking additional products where appropriate to provide customers with the best value
- Following up leads with outbound calls to ensure all sales leads are maximised
- Managing both new and existing queries, always ensuring an excellent level of customer service
- Serving customers that visit our in-house Cruise Bureau
