Job description
An internal opportunity has arisen for someone to join our CHIP project team on a temporary basis as a CRM Support Officer where you will work to deliver high quality help and support to system users.
Working alongside the team, you will provide high quality first line support which includes responding to queries from users across multiple support channels which include Microsoft Yammer and the IT ticket system. You will be required to support with system development by meeting with users one-on-one and in small groups to gather additional information regarding user needs and system errors, with a view to escalate system errors to the project team, IT team and our third-part developer.
You will support the onboarding and induction process of new system users which involves creating and updating user guides, video tutorials and knowledge based articles where you will be encouraged to work creatively and in collaboration with operational leads.
This is a fixed term position until 31st December 2023, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the job description attached. Requirements include:
- Good technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or relational database systems
- Demonstrable proficiency in the Microsoft Office core suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Genuine interest in IT, CRM platforms and/or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent understanding of data protection and GDPR
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
