About The Role:
The CRM team at TTG is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to increase customer engagement and retention in our London and broader UK markets. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of technical expertise, has a strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, and stays up to date on CRM trends and best practices.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, mobile app messaging, and other CRM campaigns. You will work closely with many teams within the global team of TTG, including: merchandising, creative, product, and analytics.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled email marketer who is excited to apply their knowledge in a company where the CRM function is being built out at a pivotal time as we approach our 10 year mark. Please note: This is a full time position and qualified candidates must be based in the New York City area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Expected time in the office is 1 - 3 days a week.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns across all UK brands
- Drive mobile app messaging and engagement, including push notifications and in-app messaging
- Manage email and WhatsApp marketing calendars, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle campaigns, and transactional emails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, creative, product, and analytics, to develop effective campaigns and messaging
- Work closely with the analytics team to analyze campaign performance and develop recommendations for improvement
- Code HTML and ensure that all email campaigns are mobile responsive
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM and email marketing
We're Looking for Someone With:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing
- Strong HTML coding skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, etc.)
- The ability to work cross-functionally with merchandising, creative, product, and analytics teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A passion for live events a plus!
