About the team
As the CRM Manager for APAC you'll provide an outstanding CRM strategy across our APAC countries (Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuwait, UAE & Qatar) that leads to increased engagement and overall increased value to both the customer and Deliveroo. Based in London with the Central CRM team, you will be the connection through to the local marketing teams who ensures consistency, best practice and efficiencies across all CRM activities within those regions.
About the role
You'll put the customer at the centre of your decision-making and campaign execution. You'll be the kind of person who can't wait to look at your metrics soon after a send, and you'll get excited about new ideas, new channels and new campaigns. You'll work well with others and arrive at kick-off meetings for a new campaign full of ideas, based on what we've learnt through data and your own inspiration. You will report into the Head of CRM and work a hybrid model between our London HQ and home.
What you'll be doing
- Drive the planning of CRM activity, ensuring coordination with key stakeholders within the local teams
- Work with the CRM function within Local marketing teams to plan activity and build CRM strategy and tool-kits across APAC markets, to build engagement and loyalty with our customers
- Champion and deliver a consistent approach across CRM through planning between central and local functions
- Specify, communicate and measure against key CRM KPIs to drive improvements across CRM performance
- Build test and learn programmes to develop & improve CRM best practices
- Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation & analysis - pulling it, manipulating it and interpreting it
- Conduct post campaign reporting, pulling out the most interesting lessons and using these to guide your future ideas
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or Business preferred) or relevant experience
- 4+ years email application experience
- Experience working with central and local functions
- HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
- Email deployment experience
- Data visualisation tools
