The role
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven Marketing Executive to drive our CRM and email activity – across acquisition and retention marketing.
You will be equal parts creative, analytical and operational – excited to generate new ideas to engage customers with email and to dig into the data and implement new workflows.
Day-to-day, you will
- Work with the wider brand and marketing team (including content, strategy and design) to deliver an effective email strategy
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns to engage potential, existing and lapsed customers – including single sends, automated journeys and transactional emails
- Test, report on and optimise emails using performance metrics and suggest ideas for improving effectiveness
- Work with our stakeholders in Product, Coaching and Ops teams to implement email campaigns
- Keep updated with the latest trends and changes in email marketing to ensure emails adhere to best practice and GDPR compliance
You will have
- Experience operating as a mid level executive in email marketing and automation (in a B2C/consumer-oriented business)
- Good knowledge and/or passion for personal finance
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Familiarity with the principles of HTML and responsive email design, with a focus on mobile-first
- Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms, preferably Customer.io
- Great analytical and reporting skills with an understanding of key email marketing KPIs (open, click and conversion rates)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, including the ability to respond quickly to changing business demands
In return for your contribution we offer a base salary of £40,000 - 50,000 DOE + benefits

Flexible working
We currently operate a hybrid model which is a mix of office and remote. You'll have the option of working from home 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) with the remainder from our central London office in Holborn.
