The CRM Team, is responsible for the delivery of the technology toolset required to maximise sales opportunities and selling time, through the identification and implementation of technology and analytics solutions focused on Salesforce and partner applications. Salesforce is also central to wider ASI business functions, including Marketing for campaign management, Finance performance reporting and Client Service onboarding and risk management.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Role Purpose:
The role of the CRM data scientist is to work closely with the Distribution business areas to identify issues and opportunities, using data analysis to draw conclusions and propose solutions for effective, smarter decision making. A key focus of the role is to help teams to understand their clients and market opportunities and support ASI in the delivery of customer solutions.
Key Outcomes / Responsibilities:
- Deliver business intelligence solutions providing analytics based on client profiles and behaviours
- Develop predictive analytic models to identify client buying behaviours and suggest selling opportunities to distribution teams.
- Create insight through the amalgamation and transformation of internal/external data into results and learning outcomes
- Build perspective analytics to identify next best actions for Salesforce users
- Build Salesforce / Einstein reports and dashboards
- Use these insights to influence how an organisation approaches business challenges
- Provide data analysis and insight to business teams, supporting the identification of business opportunities and risk threats
- Create and deliver both business presentations and training materials
- Communicate with Stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
- Keep abreast with sales technology developments in the market and propose solutions
Candidate Experience
- Proven business experience working with at least one programming language
- Educated to degree level with statistical / mathematical background
- Previous experience with data extraction, transformation, loading and exploration
- Stakeholder management experience to senior management level
- Ability to communicate findings and support business decision making
- Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to develop pragmatic solutions to address clients’ most pressing challenges
- Asset management background, with understanding of Wholesale and Institutional client requirements
