CRM Analyst (1 Year FTC, starting May 2023)

CRM Analyst
(Fixed Term Contract – 1 Year, starting May 2023)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
The CRM Analyst will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Client team in both strategic and client-centric initiatives. Their main focus will be client data analysis & reporting, implementing marketing campaigns and maintaining database quality. This person must possess a good understanding of data sets, client segmentation and flows across multi-platform applications.
Data Analysis:
- Leverage multiple data sources and data tools to deliver ad-hoc customer analysis & reporting
- Oversee and enhance reporting on key customer metrics: performance of campaigns, database quality, purchase behaviour
- Update existing client & campaign reporting and share with stakeholders (including boutiques)
- Use technologies and platforms available to maximise insight opportunities: Salesforce, SAP BI, Looker
Implementation of Marketing Campaigns:
- Support the Client team in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns
- Refine and translate business requirements to build targeted audiences using SQL
- Set up, schedule, automate marketing campaigns on Salesforce for one-to-many activations or clienteling
- Set up parameters for new campaigns in Clienteling app
Database Management:
- Monitor data quality
- Organize and execute ongoing cleansing of the client database
- Manage client reassignment process with the boutiques
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Experience with business intelligence solutions (SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or Microsoft Power BI)
- Knowledge and understanding of multi-platform applications and modules
- Experience in manipulating data & uncovering insights
- Expert in Excel
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus (Marketing Cloud / Service Cloud)
- Knowledge of Looker is a plus
- Relevant experience in CRM, working with CRM systems and large data sets
- Analytical and detail orientated
- Proactive with an ability to prioritise in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Accustomed to liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Interest in the Fashion or Luxury industry
- Fluent in English
