Criminal Justice Support Worker
£24,891 - £29,094 Dependant On Experience
All candidates should aim to achieve and report on individual and team daily, weekly and monthly performance targets. be comfortable managing a caseload of offenders in the community CFO Activity Hub, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets. Candidates should actively manage and monitor their own achievements daily, weekly and monthly performance targets, reporting to the Hub Manager as required.
To manage a caseload of offenders in the community CFO Activity Hub, supporting them to engage and break down barriers to successful resettlement, achieve agreed milestones and develop enhanced skillsets
To engage eligible offenders, provide initial assessment and undertake action planning.
To provide advice, guidance, coaching and support to a caseload of participants via regular one-to-one meetings and group interventions as appropriate.
To work with other agencies to coordinate a through-the-gate service including undertaking pre-release handover meetings to ensure activities pre and post release are well planned.
To work with a range of statutory and non-statutory partners to address identified needs including Community Rehabilitation Companies, National Probation Service, Youth Offending Services, and voluntary agencies.

Essential:
You will have:
ICT proficiency including all major Microsoft applications
Demonstrable experience of motivating and supporting individuals with multiple and complex needs to overcome barriers and progress towards future goals of education, training and employment.
Experience with data entry, accuracy and attention to detail
Strong track record of successfully working to targets and KPIs
