Scale: SC3
Salary: £21,432 - £22,677 (Pro rata if part time)
Location: Clough Road, Hull
Hours: Recruiting for succession planning purposes, for both full and part time positions
Contract: Permanent
Are you passionate about Criminal Justice and would like to help support Humberside Police with the processing and registration of pre and post charge prosecution files? Then we have the perfect job for you!
The role involves carrying out a wide range of administration duties including processing all charging documentation, entering this onto the CONNECT system before sending to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Court. It also entails preparing court files, monitoring court appearances and updating and interrogating systems to ensure all guidelines and protocols have been followed.
The position is also customer focussed as you will regularly respond to queries from the CPS, Police Officers and Courts, therefore using your own initiative to explore solutions is key.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience which includes interrogating, updating and inputting information onto different systems and databases. Experience of using Microsoft Packages is also essential and experience of working within a secure and confidential environment is vital.
The role highly involves processing information and reading through court files, therefore the successful candidate must have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy.

Further Information:
- Internal applicants MUST have completed a successful 6 month probationary period and tenure (if applicable) before applying for another role within the force.
