POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION
Ensures efficient onboarding procedure for entry crew to deliver the necessary crew resource on time at the base which is the optimal operationally and from crew satisfaction point of view. By maintaining key crew support systems and procedures during the crew lifecycle the team managed by Senior Manager – crew planning, resource and logistics. Manager delivers operational performance increase and supports crew work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE FUNCTION
Crew Resource Manager is responsible for:
- Base allocation on the basis of optimized manpower planning.
- Maintaining a base waiting list based on transparent rules.
- Maintaining of the pilot database.
- Supporting Command Upgrade procedure.
- Supporting the Mentoring program.
- Oversight of holiday management for crew.
- Oversight on crew onboarding process.
- Coordination with Training department and Crew planning on entry trainings.
- Logistics for trainee pilots.
- Attrition monitoring, exit interviews.
- Initiating and implementing IT developments for improved processes in Crew Resources and/or cross functional crew related processes.
- Initiating cross functional projects to increase crew satisfaction and to improve operational performance.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Professional experience of 5 years in a multinational environment
- Ability to synthesize information into recommendations
- Good oral and written presentations skills
- Team work and strong interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
- Completed university or college degree is a must
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system and knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest requirements are advantages
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration (preferred) or another field;
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to details
