The Credit Solutions business sits within Global Financing and Credit Trading (GFCT). The business has a broad mandate covering; Trading and underwriting of complex/ illiquid credit risk; originating and risk managing of loans against a range of esoteric assets; providing financing to clients via structured repos; providing financing to funds across a broad spectrum of products; participating in Insurance financing and providing investors yield enhancement opportunities via the illiquid flows/structured products it originates or trades.
As a Credit Analyst, you will be working across the various businesses within Credit Solutions, responsible for performing detailed Credit Analysis across the names we trade, the exposure we take on the book and the future pipeline.

Your key responsibilities
- Credit analysis and cash flow modelling of potential clients and credit opportunities
- Bond/Loan/Repo documentation analysis
- Constant monitoring of existing positions to avoid being invested/unhedged in positions where we see downside risk
- Developing, negotiating, and executing financing solutions for our clientele across a variety of different products – including Repo, Total Return Swaps (TRS), Loans and Insurance
- Identifying financing opportunities
Your skills and experience
- Previous relevant experience in Credit
- Knowledge of products relating to structured credit financing including Total Return Swaps (TRS), Repo, Loans, and related documentation Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA), Master Repurchase Agreement (MRA) and Loan Management Account (LMA)
- Detailed knowledge/ understanding of credit, credit liquidity, credit pricing
- A detail orientated nature, with a consistent desire for self-education and development
- Displaying innovation as part of a market-leading team and developing the business/franchise
